Naach Dance Academy - We make events memorable!


Session rules: Participants are expected to be on time, in proper attire, and prepared for session.

Fee Structure: A 50% payment of the whole amount is due at the time of registration. The remaining fee is due fee when the event/lessons begin and can be paid via cash, check (Naach Dance Academy LLC), Venmo (@Sareena-Nagpal) or Zelle (Sareena.nagpal@gmail.com).

Refunds: The payment is non-refundable. No special makeup classes will be given. The tuition does not carry over. Each case will be handled individually after assessing the situation and circumstances.

Injury waiver: of Liabilities/ Authorization/Consent: I acknowledge that participation in dance classes and events involves inherent risks of injury. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risk of injury or harm that may occur during participation. I hereby release and hold harmless the dance academy, its instructors, and staff from any liability, claims, or demands arising out of or in connection with my participation in any classes or events. On behalf of myself (and the above named student if different than the undersigned), I hereby accept responsibility for obtaining the proper insurance to cover the student of personal injury.

Pictures/Videos: I agree to provide the choreographer with formal photographs and videos from the event/wedding for use in their portfolio, promotional materials, and social media, with appropriate credit given. If I post pictures or videos from the event on social media, I agree to give proper credit to the choreographer in the captions or tags.
