Class rules: Students are expected to be on time, in proper attire, and prepared for class. Students may be asked to observe the class if they arrive more than 15 minutes late and have missed warming-up which is essential for the well-being and safety of the student.

Performances: Selection to perform at an event is merit-based. Admission to the dance academy does not guarantee stage performance. However, all students will get to be a part of the Naach Recital. Additional fee may apply for costume rentals and other preparations.

Attendance Policy: Consistent attendance is expected. When a student misses a class, it retracts from the sequential learning that happens week after week (unless they are sick) because it ensures that the student gets a progression of learning that's best for them.

Absenteeism: When students are absent, it affects the entire class and choreography. Students are responsible for knowing the missed material by consulting a classmate, scheduling a private lesson or requesting for a video.

Fee Structure:

A non-refundable registration fee of $40 is due at the time of registration. This fee is valid for three semesters if the student decides to continue with the dance academy. The additional tuition varies by class and location. The whole fee is due at the beginning of the semester and can be paid via cash, check (Naach Dance Academy LLC), Venmo (@Sareena-Nagpal) or Zelle (Sareena.nagpal@gmail.com). Ask for family discounts!

Refunds: The registration and tuition are non-refundable. No refunds for missed classes. One standard makeup class will be included per semester. No special makeup classes will be given. The tuition does not carry over to the next semester. Each case will be handled individually after assessing the situation and circumstances.

Injury waiver: of Liabilities/ Authorization/Consent: I acknowledge that participation in dance classes and events involves inherent risks of injury. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risk of injury or harm that may occur during participation. I hereby release and hold harmless the dance academy, its instructors, and staff from any liability, claims, or demands arising out of or in connection with my participation in any classes or events. On behalf of myself (and the above named student if different than the undersigned), I hereby accept responsibility for obtaining the proper insurance to cover the student of personal injury.

Pictures/Videos: I consent the taking of photographs and videos during classes and events, and further consent the use of these in the newsletter, advertisements as well as posting on social media in connection to the dance academy. I also acknowledge receipt of, and with my name signed below.
